During our stay at Shoals Suites & Slips, we had a fantastic experience. The breakfast was delicious, and the cheerful staff made sure we had everything we needed to start our day off right. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the hotel's design, with Adirondack chairs overlooking the water and outdoor seating areas in most rooms. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and in a great location near charming Greenport and Southold. We also enjoyed the morning yoga class by the water, which was a lovely touch.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were its prime location by the marina and nearby great restaurant, along with its proximity to cool shops, wineries, farms and other great restaurants in this city. The hotel facilities were luxurious and perfectly-appointed, giving us a great view of the marina. Breakfast was healthy and generous, with a great selection of muffins, granola, yoghurt, bagels, and fruits. Cleanliness was evident everywhere, while the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Can't fault anything about it.

The location was perfect, right by the marina and close to shops and restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The view of the marina was breathtaking and added to the luxurious feel. The staff, especially Taylor, were welcoming and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to come back in the summer for the food truck and Oyster Happy Hour!

My stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! the design is super chic, with lovely views and spacious rooms. the breakfast area overlooking the bay is jaw-dropping, the coffee quality is superb, and having a mini-kitchen was a game-changer for families. the modern furnishings and Lavazza coffee system added a touch of luxury, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. the location near a quaint town with cool shops and restaurants was a definite plus. Can't wait to return for Oyster Happy Hour in the summer!

I did like the convenient location of the hotel, situated close to both the center of the town and the marina. It was easy to explore and find places to dine and drink. the continental breakfast was fulfilling, with plenty of options to choose from.

Spent Christmas holiday and it was an amazing experience! Loved the continental breakfast with yummy croissants, muffins, fruits, coffee, tea. , the location was perfect, near to shops, restaurants, wineries and breweries. The view of the marina was stunning and added to the nautical vibe of the newly remodeled hotel. I enjoyed the rustic feel of the place and the fact that the rooms were immaculate with excellent amenities. Definitely recommend staying here!

The noise from the road which could be heard all night and kept us from sleeping comfortably. , although the location was perfect, we were placed right next to a room with two noisy dogs which interrupted some of our peace and quiet.
